Shinrinyoku
We could also call it "the immersion in the forest". It's about going deep into the woods where everything is quiet and peaceful, to relax.

Yuugen
It is the realization that the universe sends mysterious sensory messages, untranslatable by words.

Shoganai
Literally, it could be translated as "what cannot be helped." The goal is not to discourage but to accept that we do not necessarily have control of everything. On the contrary, it encourages not to feel guilty and not to have regrets.

kintsukuroi
"Kintsukuroi" is the art of repairing pottery with gold or silver to understand that each piece is more beautiful once it has been broken.

Wabi-Sabi
"Wabi-sabi" is the act of calmly accepting the passage of time and appreciating the beauty of what surrounds us with its imperfections.

On pourrait aussi l'appeler "l'immersion dans la forêt". C'est le fait d'aller profondément dans les bois où tout est silencieux et paisible, pour se relaxer.

C’est le fait de prendre conscience que l’univers envoie des messages sensoriels mystérieux, intraduisibles par des mots.  

Shoganai
Littéralement, on pourrait le traduire par "ce qui ne peut-être aidé." Le but n'est pas de décourager mais d'accepter que l'on n'a pas forcément le contrôle de tout. Cela encourage au contraire à ne pas se sentir coupable et de ne pas avoir de regret. 

Kintsukuroi
"Kintsukuroi" est l'art de réparer les poteries avec de l'or ou de l'argent pour comprendre que chaque pièce est plus belle une fois qu'elle a été cassée.

Wabi-Sabi
"Wabi-sabi" est le fait d'accepter sereinement le temps qui passe et d'apprécier la beauté de ce qui nous entoure avec ses imperfections.
